“The $60 Atomic9 will be my forth flower vaporizer, having previously owned the Iolite, the Pax2 and Magic Flight Launch Box. Once i found the right temperature setting for me, (274F) this unit delivers very decent vapor clouds and when considering the small size of the Oven it delivers a full session for one user.
The Atomic9 arrived Friday afternoon and after a few hours charging she was ready for her maiden Voyage :) Although I briefly glanced over the directions I did have issues at first getting the unit to turn-on. But after watching the instructional video posted on the site I found that I wasn't pressing the On Button rapidly enuf. As have I stated above so far this weekend I have only used this unit solo, but I believe that the Oven holds enuf one session between two people would be quite sufficient.
Additionally, I was able to take a couple rips and power the unit down, cooling the oven quickly. Then a little later on I fired it up for a final session with the same load. I found the flower had not over-cooked during that first short session and the final session was full flavored and satisfying. No body likes the taste of over-cooked flowers.
