“First impressions are great. Takes a few sessions to dial in your preferences with how much to pack and what temp to select. Only downside for heavy users is long charging time to reach a full charge.”

“I ordered a replacement glass for my Hydrology9 NX. Purchasing process was easy and streamlined. The delivery timing was excellent. However, the wrong product was shipped. Instead of what I ordered, a Carti9 arrived. I got a hold of customer service. Theu said theu are fixing the problem and shipping the correct item, but no i wait for another week. 😮‍💨”

“This is my second one. My first one, RIP, just quit going and started blinking at me. Love the new pink color. It feels bulkier than the last, in a good way. I have neuropathy, so this is a lifesaver. Absolutely love them!”
