“Worthless. Research diligently before buying, cause the unit cannot be returned once it is used. I purchased it to use for dry herb to replace combustion. Would have to reload the chamber multiple times consecutively to get enough vape out of it to do much for me. In between the loads, the unit would constantly mis-align with the heating element. At the end of the session, I'd end up frustrated from fussing with the thing and would often go light up a joint instead.”

“Reasonably durable construction. Easy to operate. Instant conversation piece. Wish it was USB-C instead of micro-USB, but the magnetic charging goes a long way to mitigate that, truly, out-dated technology.”

“This is the best thing I have ever owned is the Carti9. Complete game changer. Makes delivery so smooth. This is the second one I have owned because we loved the one we won at a raffle earlier this year we grabbed another one and the new metal ring to lock the tube in place is an extra nice feature making it super sturdy. I also love as a company you stand behind your products and go above and beyond in the customer service department. My cousin loved our carti9 so much she ordered one herself sadly it was broke upon delivery. When she emailed support you guys immediatly sent out a new package to her. Amazing products and amazing company!”

“Great product. Ingenious design. Solid build. Feels good in your hands. Five power levels but I only ever needed the lowest two. This hits come out solid and cool. And the best part, you can take a solid rip instead of a timid sip. Only one downside, and I know I'm being picky here, but the unit has to be pretty much vertical to get good water filtration. I understand that's how physics works, and I had always had to lean forward on the couch to hit my old Graffix, but this is 2025. Maybe some type of mouthpiece adapter so you can lean back a little. :-) Absolutely fantastic product.”
