“Although they tout customer service as excellent, I had a very negatve experience. They shipped a package addressed to a FedEx dropoff point to UPS. Any shipper should know tha these two organizations are competitors and do not accept each others' shipments. Despite my email to them I received no response and had to arrange with UPS to rerout the package to the closest UPS office near me.”

“So, ive had pretty much every uncommon brand, and a bunch of the main e-options too, dr dabber, puffco, apex, human sucks stinger ooze barrell, the whole lineup of lookah, the grenco lineup up until the hyer, dabx, you name em, ive tried em and 90% dont do well enough. The only other ive found with this much flavour, was the session(mine was red) but THIS????? LOOK, this piece has been my daily driver since i got it. Im 1-3g a day intake (not the smokiest of houses but by no means is a typical erig going to keep up with my circle) this is nice for passing around the tent, basement, boat, small circles. Its battery life is pretty impressive considering its a solo battery that holds several sessions before needing recharged. More along the lines of a puffco/dr dabber switch/switch2, you activate and it turns on then cycles through heating and then maintains the temp fairly well even if you suck like a vacuum.... The "boost" option i havent fully figured out yet. But when i get it to work it makes one round last long enough for three people to be choking, and seriously DO NOT OVERLOAD THIS MINI BEAST! IT TAKES SOOOO LITTLE this thing is super efficient with concentrated products, im not huge into vaped flowers in general, but the herbal vaporiser in the nx bundle really works better than most, only with the volcano out of the box working better in my experience, and for the price difference the winning option is clear. Put in a tiny portion of what you normally would for a good cough cough into your NX, using ceramic or quartz insert options that are included, and i choose the quartz usually, but find the ceramic dish easier to clean every few puffs, and has a better taste, but it also seems to clog faster. This piece will surprise you, and dont let the tech vaneer scare you from getting this option, i have a friend thats not very tech savvy, and is clumsy to boot, but even he can take this apart and put it back together (he did drop it once, on cement.... From about 3 ft up.... It DID make the tiniest barely noticible ding in the paint..... That was it, a small ding mark where paint went buh bye and left bare metal barely visible. If youre thinking about a quality piece that can handle decent smoking without too much hassle, and maximum flavor, and that you can shove in your whatever and go? Then just add it to cart already. Oh but if you bought a certain colorway, make sure and order matching colorway parts/extra cartridges... Unless you're into the patchwork look of mismatchery.... Then by all means, order indiscriminately on color options. It seems like a lot, but for the price of this, you couldnt even GET a puffco peak.... Youd be looking at the low end puffco products, which are just starting to get better. And once you get piecemealed into every little accessory and get it all set up and running the way you like and the filtration attachment finally sealed properly again, youre over budget by 400 bucks, you either can barely or flat out cant afford the product to make the thing work, and.... Its still only half as cool, and 1/3 as portable as this guy... Only hard thing i wish theyd change, the lights when operational.... Its IMPOSSIBLE to take a sneaky toke in your car at night. You will GLOW. But thats several erigs anymore”

“Worthless. Research diligently before buying, cause the unit cannot be returned once it is used. I purchased it to use for dry herb to replace combustion. Would have to reload the chamber multiple times consecutively to get enough vape out of it to do much for me. In between the loads, the unit would constantly mis-align with the heating element. At the end of the session, I'd end up frustrated from fussing with the thing and would often go light up a joint instead.”

“Reasonably durable construction. Easy to operate. Instant conversation piece. Wish it was USB-C instead of micro-USB, but the magnetic charging goes a long way to mitigate that, truly, out-dated technology.”

“This is the best thing I have ever owned is the Carti9. Complete game changer. Makes delivery so smooth. This is the second one I have owned because we loved the one we won at a raffle earlier this year we grabbed another one and the new metal ring to lock the tube in place is an extra nice feature making it super sturdy. I also love as a company you stand behind your products and go above and beyond in the customer service department. My cousin loved our carti9 so much she ordered one herself sadly it was broke upon delivery. When she emailed support you guys immediatly sent out a new package to her. Amazing products and amazing company!”
