“Amazing customer service! I had purchased an Atomic9 vaporizer from a store that did not work at all. It wouldn’t charge and had no light indicators turn on at all. I reached out to the customer support and told them what had happened. They responded to my email within 24 hours and I had a new one shipped to me with a tracking code. I was shocked at how quickly they responded and the problem was solved. I will be purchasing from the company again and I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!”

“I was so excited to try out the Hydrology9 NX, but received a product that doesn't sense the cartridges because the pins dont line up properly. I reached out to customer support, but have yet to hear back from them, so I spent way too much money on a paperweight sitting on my desk. Unfortunately from my experience I can't recommend this product at this time, since I haven't been able to use it a single time.”

“Design and color are awesome. Love the magnetic features. Wanted to give 5 stars but the light feature doesn't work and there is no locking mechanism so I rigged one to keep it closed.”

“As usual, you deliver as advertised. Much more pleasant experience vaping with this. It really enhanced the flavor experience with no coughing. Only downside is that when the vape itself tastes like 💩, it enhances the flavor.”

“This is my third purchase from them. Now I have all of their smoke devices. It’s wonderful how they remove the harshness from the smoke. I could never get the hang of gummies. While my Carti9 is new and I haven’t needed customer service I am confident that is needed I’d receive the same outstanding customer service I’ve previously received. Great customer service.”
