“Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were like, really cool. The grinder is great, the little dry herb vaporizer is super easy to use and clean. I was never good at smoking before, too much coughing and whatnot, but the ability to adjust the temperature and the cooling chamber mean I literally have not coughed once yet. Sick. Love it.”

“Ive had my hydro9 over a year now and i love it.. but i broke my gasket on first day i had it. Well i just purchased new glass for it and a bottom stir stick piece and i forgot to order new orings.. i mentioned this to their customer service rep and they were very polite and quick w response! They sent me a whole new set of gaskets free of charge along w my purchased order which arrived earlier than expected! Thank you cloudious 9 especially during this whole covid19 nonsense it has been nearly impossible to get any company to respond from a customer service aspect and im very grateful you did..”

“Great service - fast shipping and arrived on time. I am 67 and have been smoking for 50 years and this is the BEST device I have ever used. The only thing I would add to the user manual is the temps for the 5 levels - yes they are online but it would be nice to have that info start out of the box. Thank you for developing this vaporizer, I have tried several and none of them came anywhere near the ease of use and the delivery of vapor. I have tossed all other pipes and vapes.”

“Bought this on sale. I have 2 other Cloudious products, so got this purely because of the quality of the others. No other vape cleans so thoroughly and easily. 5 temps allow various taste and effects. Easy draw. Just wish it held more!”

“Customer service is always prompt, polite, and helpful. They take care of any issue so easily! The company has been super accommodating as I had experienced issues with my first device (the NX) and it was replaced fast and easily with no hassle. It’s been a little over a year I think since I purchased the NX model. Still love it and very happy with my purchase. Lastly , replacement parts cheap to begin with unlike a different model from another company that I bought a while back. And I travel with the NX and MY experience has been smooth sailing”

“First off, I have to say your product is amazing. My wife used it the same day it arrived for her post covid medical needs and it made a world of difference for her. The problem is we are not financially stable to make this purchase, I wanted to split the charges on 2 difference cards but I could not. And I would have appreciated it if the "forthosewhoserve" discount could have been added, since the extra $30 off would help since my wife is loosing her job and will be a 100% disabled ex police officer.”

“We purchased an Atomic 9 on vacation last December in Denver. My wife dropped and broke the top off. She called Cloudious9 and they replaced. No hassles! I purchased a second Atomic 9 recently for a back up. With this type of customer service and a quality product, I expect we will be long time customers.”

“The Good, Bad and Ugly. Good: Tastiest herb vape I've owned, bar none. Cool and smooth hits. No massive clouds but no chump either. The bubbler actually works - well! The unit is solid and impeccably built. Feels like a tank. Magnetic lid and glass bong-style mouthpiece beats typical straws and whips by a mile. Bad: I don't care about chamber size but I do care about how finicky this thing is to load and empty. You have to pop the chamber out every time. Invariably some grind gets down into the silicone pathway while loading and then you're farting around with a magnet that keeps flipping while you suss out the strays before they migrate up into the bubbler. In short, if it were a love interest, we'd describe it as "high maintenance". The Ugly: The charging system had to be spawned in the pit of Hell. "Nice idea" I thought when reading the description before pressing Add To Cart. Hmmm. This thing is possessed. The NX is sitting there glowing a happy green - all charged and ready to please. Not so fast. Accidentally knock the charger off and put it back - what's this? It's flashing red. Give it a while and it's green again. Get to your destination and light it up - flashing whites. Hfmph! Plug it in and 5 minutes later, solid green. Works like a champ for 5 or 6 sessions. Running at red temp. Turn unit off. Next session it's at a different temp.”

“May 17, 2021 Hydrology9 NX Review My Hydrology9 NX arrived today and I was at the curb and grinning when the mail came. Having owned the original unit I knew that some magic was about to happen. I wasted no time since it came with its battery charged and dug into the manual, deciding to test the concentrates capabilities. Putting the glass insert into the heating chamber was easy once I figured out that I had to remove the magnetic cover. I was amazed at how fast it heated up and I was using temp 2 (blue). It was almost instant and the draw is easier on the NX than on the original…I got a tremendous hit… wish I had three hands so I could give this a “three thumbs up” comment. I tried the weed part next and that’ll be my main way of vaping. I tried it two ways. First with weed that I crumbled by hand and then with some grinded and while they both worked, the ground material gave me better volume and richness of vapor. I found that the chamber of the NX holds pretty much the same amount as the original I was used to using the “party” mode on the original as it extended the time until it turned off. On this unit I find that the 2 minute auto shutoff is enough time for me to feel the effects and I think this is due to the improved draw and airflow. I also got 2 sessions out of that amount so that was an added plus. Amanda at Cloudious9 has been wonderful and has helped me since I got the original. Thank you for being there. I put a link to your site on my Face book page. I look forward to enjoying this new vaporizer for years to come. In my opinion it is the best vaporizer I have ever had.”

“I purchased the Hydrologic nx just before 420,I personally waited a month to write the review to insure complete accuracy for my fellow vape coinsurers. QUALITY=🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟,If there was 6 stars it would be appropriate. Everything is magnetic in one way or another. Utilizing technology at every aspect. RELIABILITY=🌟🌟🌟🌟4 Stars mine came with a battery that needed conditioning, the first week the battery was failing every session, Cust service was slow most likely because of 420 flood of sales. SERVICE= 5 star -shipped a new battery next day air PERFORMANCE =5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stars with the 6 different light spectrum it's hard not to find a flavor you absolutely Love. EASE Of Use = 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Stars, a bit intimidating at first but the manual is very clear on every procedure. This is simplicity colliding with technology. Auto off Turn dial color temps on the fly. Easy load desired results in minutes 5 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 MOBILITY =4.5 🌟🌟🌟🌟Stars It is the perfect size for the quality that it is, I got the case so it's protected. I just put in my laptop case If you want the ultimate in vaporizer The NX awaits you for complete satisfaction. Over all Rating🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. “The best intake vehicle on the cannabis market!!! 5 out of 5 stars! It could be placebo but I feel as if I am receiving additional/purified oxygen through the water filtration system. The LED color light display is not only cool, but it actually has functional uses. I would hands down suggest for home/travel. You can use for personal or shared use. Good amount of cannabis can fit in bowl, and we find the most advantageous temperature to be yellow (2nd to lowest). Easy to clean and comes with great cleaning kit. We tend to replace water once a day and clean filter/bowl after each use. FREE “LEATHER CASE” IS A MUST HAVE!”

“I own both the hydrology9 and the atomic9. The hydrology9 while a lot of fun to use has some issues with water leaking at times and occasionally finding its way into the airpath at the bottom of the unit making it a bit challenging to clean each use and more for special occasions. The Atomic9 has none of these limitations, and I was surprised with just how smooth and cool the vapor is. I enjoy how open of a "pull" the atomic9 offers while keeping the hit very smooth and cool. I'd trade my hydrology9 for a second atomic9.”
