We purchased an Atomic 9 on vacation last December in Denver. My wife dropped and broke the top off. She called Cloudious9 and they replaced. No hassles! I purchased a second Atomic 9 recently for a back up. With this type of customer service and a quality product, I expect we will be long time customers.
