Customer service is always prompt, polite, and helpful. They take care of any issue so easily! The company has been super accommodating as I had experienced issues with my first device (the NX) and it was replaced fast and easily with no hassle. It’s been a little over a year I think since I purchased the NX model. Still love it and very happy with my purchase. Lastly , replacement parts cheap to begin with unlike a different model from another company that I bought a while back. And I travel with the NX and MY experience has been smooth sailing
