Great service - fast shipping and arrived on time. I am 67 and have been smoking for 50 years and this is the BEST device I have ever used. The only thing I would add to the user manual is the temps for the 5 levels - yes they are online but it would be nice to have that info start out of the box.
Thank you for developing this vaporizer, I have tried several and none of them came anywhere near the ease of use and the delivery of vapor. I have tossed all other pipes and vapes.
