Ive had my hydro9 over a year now and i love it.. but i broke my gasket on first day i had it. Well i just purchased new glass for it and a bottom stir stick piece and i forgot to order new orings.. i mentioned this to their customer service rep and they were very polite and quick w response! They sent me a whole new set of gaskets free of charge along w my purchased order which arrived earlier than expected! Thank you cloudious 9 especially during this whole covid19 nonsense it has been nearly impossible to get any company to respond from a customer service aspect and im very grateful you did..
