This is the 3rd battery I’ve purchased. It never works right. Now the heating element isn’t working. I’ve had 2 other models from you. I’m going to look for another brand at this time.

I purchased the Carti9 and it came with broken glass. I waited two more weeks for replacement glass - they shipped the wrong glass. Two MORE weeks later I am still waiting to use the product I spent almost 150$ on and THEY BLOCKED ME IN CHAT!. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. They do not allow returns and you are just stuck with an unusable product

After a year of use I find that I still love the NX; however, I need unavailable parts, and after months and months, they are STILL not available. That's a deal killer.

The booklet that came with the device did not match the functionality of the product that I received, and I feel both my money and time we massively disrespected. I can't think of a reason to ever purchase anything from you or even recommend you to people I know. I woke up like a kid on Christmas, waiting for my package to arrive, every single thing fell short of what I expected. Seriously, why would I schedule a Zoom meeting with a manager to diagnose problems I'm having with the device IMMEDIATELY after receiving it? Who thought that was a good idea? I'm trying to use my device after waiting a week, and you want me to keep waiting? Absolutely not. Terrible product, and I can't wait to see y'all go out of business.

My husband had a hard time trying to use it and it just broke. He's only had it 24 hrs. The bottom part broke off and it was not working properly

Not only was i not informed that this company does not ship to PO boxes, 3 weeks later when i reached out, that was when i was informed of the shipping restrictions. Nobody from this company took the time to reach out and inform me of this rule. Then i still had to wait since they don't work weekends and with a holiday on monday my order was delayed again. So, here we are almost a month later and i still don't have my order. They sure took my money right away! If this product is not as great as advertised, i'm gonna test their awsome return police for sure.

I was so excited to try out the Hydrology9 NX, but received a product that doesn't sense the cartridges because the pins dont line up properly. I reached out to customer support, but have yet to hear back from them, so I spent way too much money on a paperweight sitting on my desk. Unfortunately from my experience I can't recommend this product at this time, since I haven't been able to use it a single time.

Literally paid 39 dollars for a grinder with a vibration device of it. They literally hope the vibration shakes the weed enough to get it come out of the spout. It’s literally like having a device that you pour weed out of it’s absolutely useless it’s not an auto dispenser it’s completely manual and a waste of money. Would never buy again.

If there was any way to return this and get a refund I would. The return instructions are cut off so the return info is hidden. This doesn't give me close to the cloud I expect when I use it. I know you will never contact me to help solve this problem but I want you to know I will tell everyone that this product is NOT WORTH ordering any time vaping is discussed. The picture I sent shows the right hand side of the return info is cut off and I'm unable to see the return instructions...

Sorry to say, very disappointed. The first unit did not heat up. It never got to the different cooking colors. The second unit, which I received very quickly by the way, turned on green and then started with the other colors!. Great! No, but wait, wouldn't change colors again..........For the amount of money, I'm sorry to say I will be returning the unit.

To me it was advertised as an automated grinder that grinded and dispensed the product automatically. A little bummed it only dispenses automatically. Outside of that the only difference between this one and the countless others I don’t use is that it vibrates.

These products look cool, but are terrible. I used them a few times a day and they both failed within four months. Total garbage, save your money and frustration.

I recieved my device and it was dirty and used I'm very upset I spent hours trying to clean what I thought was going to be a new device. Very sad and I'm very mad with this company at the moment.

It took forever just to get airflow through it brand new piece. But once we finally got airflow, The stupid thing wouldn’t even produce smoke or vapor! I spent way too much money for this to not work. The company will replace it! Don’t waste your money on it, you will not be happy.
