“Sorry to say, very disappointed. The first unit did not heat up. It never got to the different cooking colors. The second unit, which I received very quickly by the way, turned on green and then started with the other colors!. Great! No, but wait, wouldn't change colors again..........For the amount of money, I'm sorry to say I will be returning the unit.”

“To me it was advertised as an automated grinder that grinded and dispensed the product automatically. A little bummed it only dispenses automatically. Outside of that the only difference between this one and the countless others I don’t use is that it vibrates.”

“I recieved my device and it was dirty and used I'm very upset I spent hours trying to clean what I thought was going to be a new device. Very sad and I'm very mad with this company at the moment.”

“It took forever just to get airflow through it brand new piece. But once we finally got airflow, The stupid thing wouldn’t even produce smoke or vapor! I spent way too much money for this to not work. The company will replace it! Don’t waste your money on it, you will not be happy.”

“Absolute trash, just like all the reviews and comments state that this poorly designed vaporizer leaks like crazy when you turn it over to load the herb. Feels like this was a rushed product to grab money, STAY AWAY. Also if you purchase from them they ship the absolute slowest way possible without any other options to choose for faster shipping. So plan for a long wait while your leaky vaporizer is being shipped.”

“I will never order from this site again , should have went with my first instinct and ordered the items from Amazon!! My order was claimed to be delivered but no package was in sight I contacted customer service they told me wait several days because it's says delivered but still in the truck and to contact them next week which is unacceptable,two of my family members didn't receive there present and it should have immediately be resent out not told to edit two weeks to report it”

“the first one I purchased didnt work at all. the company stood behind it and sent a new one. I charge for 2-3hours use it once and the battery is dead, need to charge again. I followed the instructions but still cant get it to work properly. I would not purchase another and am not satisfied with the device. didnt even bother sending this one back. writing this $ off to experience”

“The Hydrology9 could be better. The sessions don't last very long and the mouth piece leaks pretty bad when needing to change out a bowl and pack a new one. I've disassembled it and reassembled made sure everything is very secure and still i get leakage when i flip it upside down to pack more.”

“I purchased the NX bundle at x mas for myself because I enjoyed the original so much and was excited to see the one that did concentrates. Well all was good except the cloudious 9 was hard to turn on sometimes taking 5 or 6 times to get it to come on. I contacted cust service because a previous issue with my first purchase was handled quickly and with no hassles. That wasn't the case with the current issue. Since you are no longer handling cust service in house they wanted videos and detailed descriptions and it really disappointing if it wasn't for the fact that the C9 is my go to traveling vape so I just bought another. Hopefully I'll never need the 2yr "no hassle " warranty”
