I ordered the Hydrology9 NX and received it promptly. On opening the box and inspecting the parts I noticed some discrepancies between the parts and parts as described in the operating manual. I found this to be quite confusing. I called customer support, left a message and never received a callback. I emailed customer support and informed them that I was returning the device. I received an email informing me to provide customer service with a tracking number which I did. The box was mailed priority mail on Friday 10/19/2021 to the Santana street address in Hayward.
