Hello, I purchased the mega bundle for my 40th birthday. Both units got very hot and had almost no battery life. The button kept sticking in the big unit. I called and asked for a replacement, and was sent a unit with scratches and a big divot in it... I called and emailed the store again for the past week in order to seek a return, and there has been no response. They did not stand behind their product.

Hardly works. If you put too little in, it just seems to burn it and you can keep hitting it, but not much comes out. If i pack the whole thing full, i can get some vape to come out, but its not nearly as much as i feel like it should be. And the effects are extremely muted, you have to smoke twice as much to achieve the same effects. I played around with the unit for a couple days, trying all the different heat settings, watching videos, trying to figure out if mine was just broken, but it just seems to be a super inefficient little piece of equipment with zero return policy or customer satisfaction guaranteed.

I purchased 2 vaporizers, and they both have scratches all over them, and they've definitely been used! I think it's dangerous to sell used products that people are going to put their mouths on, especially during this Coronavirus!! I want my money back!

Cloudious 9 is, potentially, a very good product but there was a serious problem with water leaking because the glass cylinder and seal arrived damaged. A new glass and seal are being sent or so I’ve been told. I am attempting to wait patiently.

In just 2 weeks of owning I had to replace glass cylinder and now it is not able to charge. Great when it works

This thing is way too hyped and rated for what it does. I spent $220 on something that doesn't hit? Can't believe this is even for sale. I really can't even understand how this hit the market. I would love a refund.

This was my 5th Hydrology 9 purchase, I am extremely disappointed. Every time I have purchased this product it has not lasted more than 4 months. You warranty department Sends broke replacements, I thought, I like the product. I will just buy a new one every 4 months. So I purchase a new one and arrives already broken. I am done I have burnt too much money with you guys. God bless and good luck.

I need mine serviced for repairs. It short circuited and will not charge. It just keeps flashing and turning different colors.while charging. And the borosilicate glass piece in the center cracked from the weather in the first 3 days.

The purchase and delivery were fine, but getting the device to work each time is another story. After receiving a full charge overnight the device is extremely difficult to turn on: The directions of pressing the start-button 3 times does not work. I find that the device only turns On after a series of random button pressing. I will be returning this unit for a replacement.

I ordered some spare parts and picked them up on Thursday April 25. When I opened my parcel I found that 2 of the acrylic tubes were not in the parcel. I called your 888-508-1839 number and left a message. I then sent you a email to the support@cloudious9.com to explain the problem. I unfortunately put in the wrong cell number the correct number is 780-991-0340. I would greatly appreciate someone contact me as soon as possible so that we can correct the shortage in my order. I really love this product. From all the vaporizer I have used in the past this is the best. Smooth inhale , the water cools down the smoke and packs a punch. The product deserves a 5 star but sadly after receiving my unit the glass tube had a little sharp chip and after the first wash when trying to reinstall the tube the glass made the rubber fitting in the bottom tip apart basically making it unusable. Contacted customer support and they send a new glass tube and rubber fittings. You may wonder why a 1 star review if everything sounds perfectly. Well the rubber fittings are totally different. They send some instructions how to install every rubber fitting. But the one that goes under the glass tube the instructions aren't clear enough and the image is a drawing a really bad one. The more you look at it the more confusing it gets. The instructions says to lay it on the bottom and with the glass twist and push down until the rubber falls in place. No matter how much you twist and pull the rubber will simply get stuck and rip apart or the glass tube will simply spin and not even make contact with the rubber. If you manually push the rubber fitting in the bottom with he pick tool the glass tube won't fit. No matter how I try to install the new rubber fittings it simply breaks, doesn't make a seal or won't let the glass tube fit. Basically I have a barely used unit like less than a week of use and its unusable. The few times I used it I love it but simply bad instructions and changing the fittings to one that is totally different design. No matter how I try to contact customer support they say the exact same thing yes the rubber goes on the bottom just follow the instructions, yeah much help. They have a video tutorial for EVERYTHING except how to change the rubber fitting simply a poor drawing saying how it goes with instructions that simply breaks the rubber and the design being different it won't fit like the original fitting. The product is 5 star. Warranty is 5 star you have a issue they make everything possible to help you. As I said they send a extra glass cause the one I had was broken, the fittings broke they said new ones but sadly instructions aren't straightforward I have been in the past month trying to fix this issue and customer support simply dosen't understand they use the same copy paste answer which is annoying. Tried sending images saying its supposed to look like this? And they say just follow the instructions. Tried to search in the web if there's a tutorial or something but there's nothing just the normal maintenance and how to disassemble the unit ,etc. I simply gave up with the poor customer support is a big let down. The fittings the original one goes in a small circular hole in the bottom around the bottom of the glass making a seal against the glass. The new fittings goes on the bottom but sits on top of the air intake inside the tube basically making inhaling more difficult, as soon as you inhale the rubber fitting lift with the suction and breaks the seal making water drip on the side and possibly couldn't damaging the unit in the future. The last email was a week ago and so far no reply. They gave up and the process i did too. If they could fix that fitting in the bottom or bring the old design back this will be a 5 star review but since my unit is unusable for more than a month this is a 1 star review. If you wanna try something different that will be hard not to use go ahead and buy it. But remember that after the original fitting to make a seal with the glass break your unit won't be the same.

Pricey. Too much work for too little smoke. I went back to my 45 year old ceramic bong. Didn’t spill stinky bong water one time. Hits were anemic. Not the experience I saw on YouTube. I’ll be giving it away.

I'm hoping mine is broken but it is terrible. Very low airflow. The flower just burns in the chamber and whatever air I can get tastes terrible. I have a support ticket open so if they can fix it then I'll change my review. Otherwise stay away. UPDATE: I got my unit replaced via RMA and it's still really terrible. No airflow. Do not buy.

Not getting any cloud whatsoever, following instructions and temp guidelines, fresh pack, everything. Fresh out of the box, really disappointed, it’s a huge letdown compared to all the reviews and videos.

why I spend 30$ delivery when I read that it´s gonna arrive 4-7 business day's now 3 weeks and I´m still waiting for product. how long does this take more? I wrote that if it´s not arriving this week I want my money back.
