“Amazing vaporizer, but top heavy and very fragile. Device fell on it's side in the first week and the internal chamber broke. The outside is completely unmarked... and replacement changes are $30 and out of stock.”

After an incident where I felt the glass shouldn't have broke, it did, and support did handle the situation as quickly and without hesitation. Following this, I have changed my review.
I do think the glass could use some reinforcing, but the support was astounding, responsive, and worked with me.
The device is ther best I've found for 510 carts. It makes vaping them so much better and easier on the lungs.”

My only issue is that the day after I recieved it (after a great day of heavy use). I accidently knocked it over and the glass broke.
Not a huge deal, my own fault, but then I found out the replacements aer out of stock so i'm just sad that I have to wait.
But once I get a replacement I'll be right back on it!”
