“Fantastic quality, I was worried they’d be a little flimsy but they are a robust unit with great spring and great grip for any garnish. Wide enough to handle a good sized maraschino cherry. I completely recommend these to everyone. I’ve seen videos elsewhere where chefs are using tweezers like these to plate a rolled ball of spaghetti and while I haven’t tried it I think it would handle that as well without worry.”
