“Absolutely love these. I have the hotel chocolat velvetiser and the beads work great in it. On occasion it’ll make an odd whirring noise for a second if a head gets under the whisk and knocks it ajar but then it settles itself back and they melt down great. Can definitely taste the caramel in these. Really rich and decadent chocolate taste but without being overwhelmingly sweet.”
