“You should give the option to review the company in general. I really enjoy the 2 espresso capsule flavors I was able to order, but it seems that way too often, flavors I like are not in stock, especially when a discount is being offered. I like to order several flavors at once, to avoid multiple shipping charges, but it never seems to be possible. I also do not understand why a CBTL gift card can't be used online to purchase coffee. I tried calling by phone to use the gift card, but hung up due to a long time on hold. When my machine stops working, I most likely will not purchase another one, which is sad, because I do like the coffee.”
