“Ordered 1/24/25. As of 2/6/25 have not received it. Shipper UPS tracking shows they’ve not received it from vendor. CBTL customer service via website is horribly dysfunctional as they don’t have a proper drop down option to choose ONLINE ORDER and put order # so you can’t progress. They’re blocking every possible way to get through to them with valid problems Just adds insult to injury and actually shows poor customer service and archaic automated systems with zero staff checking online orders.”

“The coffee is very good! But four of the 10 K cups exploded in the coffee make it or making the coffee undrinkable w all the grounds. I would like a replacement pack of Mexico coffee”

“I am very picky about my coffee and have drank a specific brand and flavor as after trying many many brands would not change until now. The Mexican single origin is my new replacement and I love it!”
