“I only Cold Brew Coffee made with self-ground whole coffee beans. I prefer to use this coffee for a morning beverage that I mix with Almond milk and (usually) a flavored Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate). This ia thin and smooth light-brew coffee. It has distinct nutty and earthy flavors, with little to no lingering aftertaste. I find it enjoyable enough to drink by itself, which is a suprise given my general distaste for "black" coffee. I think the Earthy flavor is the most identifiable flavor in this coffee, which is it's biggest flaw given my disposition toward sweets. overall excellent beans and a wonderful flavor I suggest to anyone who is a fan of earthy-light coffee.”
