“My order was lost. I think sure post is a poor way to ship as this is the second time (different products) my shipment has been lost. I have not been able to complain about this as I had a heart attack on Saturday and am in the hospital after having ope heart surgery. Hopefully some will look into this for me.”

“This is the first time I have bought directly from your company, although I have been buying your coffee for two years. I love the Costa Rican medium roast, full of rich flavor and aroma, without the high acidity of most coffees. Friends and family always comment on how good it is. We go through a two-pound bag a month so buying four at a time is convenient. Love the packaging which keeps the coffee fresh as can be for months. Shipping was fast. I'll be back for more in 4 months.”
