So if you're one of the people that read the reviews you're going to see about the same thing for this one and the Papua New Guinea. We had a two-day layover in Los Angeles and stayed at the embassy suites South location and this is like a 2-minute walk to the coffee shop. I bought a pound of this but I didn't I have a way to make it until I got home a few weeks later. I am a home Brewer / roaster and haven't bought beans from anyone for several years. But on a whim I just decided to buy their Ethiopian because I make an Ethiopian guji coffee that is outstanding. This was equally good and I was absolutely astounded both on the price and the quality of the roast. If you appreciate great coffee then you must buy this Ethiopian origin. And on a side note, also by the Papua New Guinea.

I've been a customer of you guys for several years & the only coffee I order is Ethiopia Yirgacheffe but when I placed my recent order I was under the impression the Ethiopia single orgin was the Yirgacheffe.,but when I opened the coffee it definitely wasn't the same. I'd like to return this particular order.

Although my usual preference would be dark, bold roast beans, at times for a change of pace I will serve up this light roast given its flavor profile having very pleasing notes that are tangy and sweet. It makes a very excellent cold brew that I make at home all year around. I live in Florida which calls for cold brew during the 90° summer weather.

This is my old-time favorite. I chose Ethiopian by default in the morning. It is smooth and not bitter. It also provides full flavors. You need to use the recommended amount of beans for full flavors. Don't skimp them.
