“Tried all other means to tell you thru customer support, but all dead ended. I ordered two Guatemala organic Singe Origin Coffee ground 11 oz bags. Both were very dry inside the bags, no aroma, and when brewed had no flavor. Very disappointed. A first in decades of Coffee Bean purchases.”
