“Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf was once a reliable organization. However it has become a horrendously bad business since it was acquired by a foreign corporation. It no longer has any customer service. The only way to reach someone is through a message posted from the website. This system does not allow for communication trail. Furthermore, the answers that are sent and our only responded to by people I in response to these messages can only be described as borderline retarded.”

“This is the best dark roast coffee we have ever had. We use it every morning and also take it with us to hotels who have a coffee maker or a Keurig machine (it also comes in the K-cup style). It must be good as it is frequently out of stock on line!”
