“The most smooth coffee, I have been buying it for many years. This is the only coffee I use. I read somewhere that this is the same bean as Jamaica blue mountain coffee, which considered to be the best. I like the medium roast, because it is not bitter. I grind it in the quantity I need when I am brewing the coffee. I store it in the sealed container.”

“First of all, Papua New Guinea is in the Pacific Islands near Australia- nowhere near Africa. The Sigri coffe is very good if made well and fresh. Their dark roast coffee is really satisfying and not bitter, but not as easy to find.”
