“My order was placed 07/20/26 it is now 08/03/26 I have yet to receive my order to review . I have contacted customer service twice both times getting an placebo answer . Beware if you have trouble with your order their customer service is horible !”

“First they charge about 10 dollar shipping fee for one bag of coffee, which is more than 50% of the product itself and once you submit order and realized it, they would cancel and issue refund. Secondly, you could not cancel your unsubscription from your account, it took so much time and effort to contacting and emailing the customer service to cancel the subscription. It's like a scam so do not buy from them”
