“I first when I use to buy from a coffee vendor in my local mall, then they quit the business years ago Then I moved to California and found your store. You had my favorite roast in regular and decaf and started purchasing my coffee from you until a year ago. You stopped selling the decaf. A couple of mos. ago I noticed you started selling the decaf and started to purchase my coffee from you again.”

“I am getting coffee that was produced 13 months ago. There is a huge difference in appearance and flavor when the coffee is old. The last time I ordered the coffee was 11 months old so I waited months before I reordered and got coffee that was just older. Please let me know when you will be selling coffee that's not a year old regardless of what you say the expiration date is. There is a big difference.”
