“I’ve been drinking your French roast for many years and it’s the only coffee I will drink. Even when I lived in California I would only go to your shops to get a fresh one and when we went to New York where there is a Starbucks on literally every corner (which I will never drink cuz it’s so bitter and gross) my daughter and I found the one Coffee Bean store and went in for a fresh coffee. Can’t tell you how excited we were to find the one shop!! Anyway now we live in Texas and of course there are no stores here so I’ve been lucky enough to order the ground ( which I like better). Now can’t find anymore ground so had to buy a coffee grinder and bags of beans. Fun!! Not really. I don’t like grinding my own. Just a pain. So please bring back the French roast ground. I’ll buy like 8 bags at a time. Or let me know if there is anyway I can get it in the future. Thanks. Faithful forever fan Barbara!!”

“I tried several times to get ahold of your company due to an error on ordering and you make it impossible. I had to dispute and block Coffee Bean from using my credit card due to your pathetic customer service that is non existence.”

“I worked for Coffee Bean for 17 years I'm retired now, and the French Roast I bought was not the French Roast I remember. It's not the same. I know I must have made a cup of French Roast every morning for years. I figured The Coffee Bean is like all the other big Co-Ops, you all go the least expensive way and I know thats why the coffee doesnt taste the same. Everything is so over priced now so I won't be buying anything from coffee bean anymore. Sorry PS: shipping prices are way too much too. Also, I loved Vanilla Powder in my coffee, but not for $20.00 in a container thats not even filled up.”
