“The coffee is great, customer service? Not so much. I ordered 3 bags of coffee of February 12th, was told the items shipped on the 17th but today is the 27th and when I track the order it says it hasn't left the facility. I reached out about it and was told the item was shipped as per my tracking and to sit tight. Still no order and no eta.”
