“After repeated emails to the company informing them that the coffee never arrived and the UPS tracking information showed that it had never shipped (after being notified that it had been shipped) I am deeply disappointed in the service from this company. They charged me for the coffee immediately and I had to go through any steps to let the credit card company know that the order was never received. They claimed that the fulfilment of my order was of utmost importance to them -- but it has been two weeks and there is no sign of the coffee. After fifty-three years of purchasing this coffee from the Coffee Bean company I am jumping ship and going with someone else. So sad.”

“This is my FAVORITE coffee. It is bold and dark, delivering full flavor and umph! It avoids the bitterness in many dark roasts. I love it.”

“I was disappointed in the lack of flavor in Viennese Dark . I would not say it was a dark roast. It was more like a breakfast blend to me. I did increase the grounds to increase flavor but I found that to be cumbersome.”
