“Flavorless with a slightly bitter undertone, would not recommend or even serve this to anyone. It's not rancid but doesn't taste fresh. I mistakenly ordered ground coffee instead of beans which we usually grind ourselves. I wrote to ask for an exchange but never got a reply. So one star for "customer care" which is nonexistent! They did ask for a review, though, so here it is.”
