I love this tea, so when it came back in stock this season, I bought two boxes. Unfortunately, UPS lost my tea and I cannot get a refund because Coffee Bean has not replied to UPS with the necessary information and won't reply to my various customer service requests. I can't even buy new tea because it's sold out already and Coffee Bean has no live support or any other way to get in touch with them before the UPS deadline for a refund passes.”
