“I love this tea, always order a large amount during the holidays when there is a good sale! It is robust and sweet, delicious with a little agave syrup. The ONLY thing I continually suggest to Coffe Bean is to be more earth-concious with their packaging. Tea comes in a lovely tin, which is great for reuse, UNLESS you drink a lot of their teas!!”

“I ordered this as a gift and was sent a completely wrong order for someone on the other side of the country. It has been 2 weeks and I have emailed multiple times trying to get the correct order I paid for and have yet to hear back anyone. So no, I would not recommend ordering from them at all because if you have a problem with your order, their customer service department is nonexistent and no one will help you.”
