“LOVE Winter Dream! Unfortunately, CBTL was clearancing out their product and what I got was from last year and expiration date was halfway through freshness period. Had to write four times asking for a refund before it finally got kicked to "internal review"--but finally got a refund”

“I’ve always bought this tea. For the last 10 years but unfortunaly the taste isn t the same, I ordered 12 boxes! Tried to get hold of customer service to return the ones I hadn’t opened but it goes nowhere .tried another way and sent an ai response again nothing . Terribly disappointed”
