“First the package was lost. Then another was sent and received with winter dream tea expiring in four months! Always loved the winter dream tea and when it arrived it had an expiration date of at least one year ahead,if not more. Not this time!”

“The tea is great. I have been drinking this tea for years, but may not purchase from coffee bean again. The website said free shipping for orders over $75. My order was well over and I was still charged for shipping. I tried to contact customer service but my email was returned undeliverable.”
