“I love Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf teas. I purchase regularly for myself, and to include in gift packages for others. This particular Apricot Ceylon tea, however, is a replacement for one that did not arrive in Order Number: 30521115. I had convinced my mother to order teas to give to her neighbors this past Christmas. Unfortunately, the Apricot Ceylon tea we ordered was missing in her shipment. I tried emailing customer service but never received a response.”

“The Tea is great, however shipping fees at $8.00 are excessive and way too high. Customers should receive free shipping like most online retailers offer. Consider partnering with UPS and negotiating great shipping rates for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to pay so that customers continue to buy online. Thank you.”

“This is an outstanding team. I do wish CBTL would have this tea available in bulk for the store to use. Frankly, I wish you would bring back tbe teas. The selection now is disappointing at best. Your name has tea leaf in it and the selection is embarrassing.”
