“We ordered this on 7/20/26 it is now 8/6/26 and the product still has not been delivered! We looked at the tracking info but it only says "you may experience a delay" - WHY? The delivery has been so poor with no communication. The product was supposedly coming from a location that was only an hour away and it was supposedly packed and ready to ship - What is the problem? No communication at all from anyone! If this order ever shows up this will be the last time we buy anything online from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf!”

“I love this tea. I drink it every morning over ice. The reason for the 4 stars is because this last batch I recently ordered tasted a bit off, meaning it tastes more like regular black tea instead of being able to taste the apricot in it. I'll keep drinking it because I'm addicted, but just disappointed in the taste this one time.”

“Love the tea--but very very disappointed in youyr company and the advertising. I recently purchased tea online because of an offer for discount. There was no way to put a code inand thie is the SECOND time I purchased some and got cheated out of the advertised discount. Then I found out that had I purcased it in the store it was $2 cheaper. ALSO, they had just finished a buy one discount. I started ordering it online because it was difficult to find in the stores. Really disappointed in the company and your less than honest offerings”

“Apricot Ceylon has been my #1 favorite for many years. I don't come into the stores very often these days but if I did, this would be the tea I get. I make at home for myself at least 5 times a week. Love it”
