“I absolutely LOVE The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Tropical Passion Black Tea! Since they don't have a location near me, I order these tea bags and make sun tea with it. The flavor is light, refreshing, with a hint of fruit. I just can't get enough!”

“Love this tea, but really sad all our local CB&TL stores have closed. (Santa Barbara & Goleta CA) I ordered my favorite tea, but am VERY UNHAPPY with the ridiculous shipping fees. $8 shipping for 20 tea bags that cost around $14..... I won't be ordering online.”

“Worst customer service experience EVER!! I never meant to place an order for this item and The Coffee Bean is ignoring me. They will not answer any emails and there is no phone number or chat. They will not provide me a return authorization or refund. This is ridiculous!! This tea cost me $42 with shipping. I will no longer be a customer of ANY coffee bean location.”
