“Very expensive - should earn points for online purchases”

“I haven’t received my order yet due to your reorganization of shipping according to Bob? Very frustrating”

“The tea is great. I have been drinking this tea for years, but may not purchase from coffee bean again. The website said free shipping for orders over $75. My order was well over and I was still charged for shipping. I tried to contact customer service but my email was returned undeliverable.”

“I used to live in Los Angeles where Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations are all over and I developed a rather large Passion Fruit Black Iced Tea habit. Then I moved to Sacramento that has no Coffee Beans! Thank God for the ability to buy the pouches online or else id be a basketcase!”
