“Love the product but the shipping is beyond slow. I do order this a lot and the shipping can take almost too weeks. Also, there’s zero customer service assistance, everything is automated. Miss the old version of this company.”

“It is great. We used to live in CA & now reside in VA & there are NO CBTs...I am glad I can order this product online, we can make our own instead of going without.”

“My Order 30564179 · LTN436522037 / UPS 1Z81F8890309316417 has not been delivered. It was ordered on Feb 12, but it's been sitting at your grouping facility since Feb 17 (last known status). There has been NO shipping movement since Feb 17 and today is March 2. When will my package arrive?”
