“Never received my order due to an issue in shipping that requires additional information from the sender. Tried to get a hold of anyone from CB&TL but their contact form only lets you look at orders from a week back. Wasted so much time trying to get a hold of anyone that I think I'm done as a customer. Submitted a dispute with my bank. I won't be back.”

“It makes our cup of coffee delicious!! It adds just the right amount of sweetness, creaminess, and is comforting to drink in the morning. We like CBTL so much, when we go to Las Vegas, we found a CBTL store in the Summerlin area. The service and coffee is just made the best!! But the last time we went there, they were only brewing LA Best, which is not to our liking. So we passed on the coffee. We have a CBTL in Fresno, CA but the service and taste of the coffee, which lately has been Brazil is not as good as the store in Summerlin.”
