“I really enjoy this product and recently placed another order for my household. Unfortunately, my package never arrived. I’ve contacted the company twice to explain the situation and request a refund, but rather than offering a resolution, they’ve repeatedly directed me to their shipping partner. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase down a third-party shipping company to resolve an issue with an order I placed directly with the retailer. I would expect the company to take responsibility for its shipping partners and work with customers to resolve delivery issues. It’s disappointing because I genuinely like the product, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service have made me hesitant to order again.”

“Great powder. Makes a very creamy milk beverage. I add it to milk for my coffee - a little sweetness, a little creaminess. Soothing.”

“I enjoy making my own tea latte and the vanilla no sugar powder never disappoints. I make for myself at least 5 times a week. Love this, with sugar is a little too sweet for me.”
