“N/S added Vanilla Powder is a great addition to cold brewed espresso! I have been using it for over thirty years! However, CBTL's customer service for mail order customers is somewhere between non-existent and abysmal. There is no number to call. The only way to contact them is though an email link. Most of the time I never hear back from them. They do not send an email when the order ships along with the tracking number, so that I knomwhat day it will arrive. This is important to me to avoid porch piracy when I don't know what day to expect it. Also there are always dented cans of powder in the box of six that I purchase.”
