“I love this stuff! I take it everywhere I go. If I am flying somewhere that doesn’t have a CBTL, I mail it out ahead. My friend, who turned me onto this wonderful product, stated not to be mad at her if she made me something delicious and it turned into a habit. Here I am 15 years later and it’s a great habit! I go hiking and on beach walks and I take my little vanilla in a container to add it to my tea. I wish you’d bring back the 10 pound bags for convenience and because your cans are not recyclable. We really need to worry about saving the earth so I wish you guys would reconsider putting the 10 pound bags out and/or making your can recyclable! Please never stop selling this item. During the pandemic I called every shop that was in a mall so I could offer to buy the products in stock. I was lucky enough to get four cans in San Ysydro! Thank you so much, Forever Vanilla Tea Latte Girl!!”

“I sent an email in last week requesting a response. I did not receive any response. I frequently order six canisters of the powder. I want to know why I do not get credit for my birthday free drinks, etc. Could somebody please respond? The customer service is very bad. I am unhappy about that.”

At the current time, only in-store purchases are eligible to accrue points in our store loyalty app. Not all of our website customers live nearby a cafe where they can redeem the free drink rewards.
