“I sent an email in last week requesting a response. I did not receive any response. I frequently order six canisters of the powder. I want to know why I do not get credit for my birthday free drinks, etc. Could somebody please respond? The customer service is very bad. I am unhappy about that.”

At the current time, only in-store purchases are eligible to accrue points in our store loyalty app. Not all of our website customers live nearby a cafe where they can redeem the free drink rewards. “It's almost tragic that people think Starbucks invented the Frappuccino.. If you're from LA then you know the CBTL started it all and theIR ice blended powder cannot be duplicated.. The sugar free does not taste sugar free. It's just delicious and makes the best ice blendeds.”

“No point. CBTL doesn't listen to customers. I am an early customer and after buy out the new owners pushed Kcups and forgot those who bought the Caffitaly machines. I now use Nespresso and love it. No listen = lose customers!!”
