“I’ve been buying this product for quite some time and the last shipment was not up to my standards. I bought three containers of Cookie Butter Powder and these containers are hard to open. The flight container with the knob will not open up. It looks like it’s been pushed down inside the canister. The knob broke off and I have no way of contacting this company to let them know.”

“The hype that I have experienced behind this powder is so unrealistic. I will never purchase again. Here why. When I add this powder to my coffee I should not have to add creamer too. I should not have to add any sugar at all. This powder is to act as flavor and sweetener and as far as I can tell, it is neither.”

“Curiosity got the best of me, so I ordered this powder after months of consideration. The price is high. The shipping was extremely long. The product was underwhelming. While I love cookie butter this is not that. Not a fan of the taste of this powder. Everything about the experience from ordering, waiting and then finally tasting this product was disappointing.”
