“While I have heard this is a decent coffee maker, I have tried for 2 weeks to return this, and your company has made it impossible! The "return link" on the site has shown an error since Dec. 26th, and there is no way to speak to a human being. My son got another one, and so I no longer need this item. For this reason, I am giving a low rating since your company makes it almost impossible to return an item. I try to support other companies, but I should have purchased something on Amazon who has EASY, FREE returns. I am very frustrated as I still have the coffee maker in a box unopened. I have emailed the companty 3 times with no reply. This is very disappointing.”
