“I didn’t get the gift bag. I paid for the gift bag, but didn’t arrive with bag”

Helpful Report

“Only received one of the two bags purchased. No response from the company other than an automated email acknowledging receipt of the customer service request. The one supplied is rather chintzy and easily exposes the contents of the bag.”

“It is grey not festive.”

Helpful Report

“The bag is completely transparent. I could have saved money since I ended up putting them in re-used Amazon bags.”
