“Consistency, consistency, consistency!! With the right beans makes coffee on par with inner city coffee bars. No more buildup on the head seal, near dry puck that comes out cleanly. Every time.”
“The grinder is relatively quiet and does a good job. The only thing I don't like is that the dial used to adjust the grind size needs several complete rotations to go from very fine to coarse and you don't necessarily know where you are in the range. This doesn't matter if you're making the same type of coffee using the same coffee machine all the time, but if you're moving from an espresso machine to a French press (for example) then it's a bit annoying. The bonus items (tamper, coffee and tamper mat) were all good. The tamper was particularly useful because I also bought a Gaggia Classic coffee machine which only comes with a flimsy plastic tamper.”
“Super happy with my purchase. CoffeeTeca shipped the grinder out faster than I could have hoped. I wasn't expecting much out of the bonus mat, tamper, and coffee, but they were excellent quality and we use the tamper and tamper mat daily. The Eureka Mignon is a wonderful grinder and makes a huge difference in our espresso making quality. Its not noisy and works efficiently. It throws a few grinds around, but nothing that doesn't seem normal. I'd certainly order from here again.”
