“I ordered a lot of things for our new bathroom. One vanity top was on backorder. I waited 4 weeks for it. Because of the delay, I asked and they would not expedite shipping nor provide a discount for the long wait. When it arrived, finally, it was cracked/shattered. I called that day, sent pictures, now 3 weeks ago and I am STILL WAITING for the new vanity top to arrive. Again, I asked for expedited shipping, some kind of discount for the hassle....they were very nice but said no. The customer service people were nice and communicated well, just the whole process was disappointing and still haven't received my total order that I placed on SEPT 23- It is NOV13th. This is the 8th week of waiting! I think its unacceptable and they should have done something to expedite the shipping. Don't order if you need something in a hurry. The stuff that did arrive is beautiful.”
