“The shipper used (AIT), is the worse. Never showed. 10 calls later, came the next day. No option for bringing in side, only curbside.”

I'm sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with the delivery company. We are always available to assist in case of any issues. Additional services, such as in-home delivery needs to be requested prior to shipping as only selected companies have the equipment/insurance to provide in-home services.
