“The vanity and purchase were good. We had two issues- 1) we had to return the first shipment as the packaging was damaged. the new shipment was fast and came without any damage. 2) the picture on the website showed a backsplash with the countertop but none was shipped. Upon calling, we were told that it was just an old picture. while, we didnt pay for the backsplash, we had certainly incorporated it in our design and needed to change it last minute which resulted in new costs from the contractor.
Overall, the vanity and countertop are very good. The paint quality on the vanity definitely needs improvement as we already see paint chipping off the edges.”

Thank you for contacting Vanities Depot. The vanity has a backsplash attached on the back of the vanity and once in a while, it's overlooked during the unpacking process. Also, James Martin vanities are using a special duralast coating and no chipping should occur during normal use. Please contact our customer service department for assistance.
