“My wife and I looked at many vanities (both online and in stores) before decided to get this one. It is high quality and we just love how the color/style goes with the rest of the bathroom. At two spots the color was scratched off a little bit but I was able to very easily fix it with a paint touchup pen that I got from local hardware store.
The one negative about this (and many other vanities from James Martin) is that it only comes with a matching back splash and no option for side splash. I'm installing this vanity in a corner where I need a side splash too. Now I need to figure out how to deal with this.”

My experience with them has been great. Before purchasing I contacted via email a few times and ask questions about some of their product. I got replies from them usually within a day or two which was great.
After placing my order, they contacted me in 2 days to let me know that the vendor (James Martin) has indicated that the vanities that I want (72" Copper Cove Encore) is out of stock and will take 3 weeks before it is shipped. I appreciate the fact that they contact me very quickly about this, but since I wasn't in a huge rush I stuck with it.”
